My weigh in was uneventful. Disappointing to say the least. I'm just praying that this upcoming week doesn't leave me going in the wrong direction. Have you ever tried eating low carb with strep??? umm I'm sorry but this was one of those cases where I had to have creamed potatoes and soft foods.
Anyhoo my weigh in was like this.
Starting weight/ Current weight/ Goal weight
198/181/135
This means I stayed the same, which I can live with, but weighing in next week..umm I'm trying NOT to think about it. If I'm as weak tomorrow as I am today there will be NO way I can work out. Which means I NEED to get back on track with the diet. I know I can lose if I stay on track. Pray for me ladies. I need it!198/181/135

I think being sick gives you a bit of an out if you gain a little weight this week.
Also, I am so sorry you had strep! Doesn't it suck!? So painful... one doesn't realize how much they swallow until they get strep throat. Awful, awful, awful!

Ugh... strep is the pits! So sorry you got sick. I have to tell you that my favorite thing to eat when I have a sore throat is mashed potatoes and gravy from KFC. :)
I'm sure you'll be back on track soon. You're doing great!
I'm praing for you to get all better and back on track with the diet and exercise. I know how frustrating it can be, doen't give up hope :)
